When to use Team Development Planning
In recent years, many companies have experimented with moving EDP in the direction of more group-oriented meetings – some to save time and resources, others in order to see wider effects from EDP in the organisation.
If you merely wish to save time and resources, Team Development Planning (TDP) is likely not to be the right solution. However, if you want to see better, broader effects from EDP reflected in the team as a whole, TDP can be an excellent supplement to EDP.
EDP incorporates TDP at no extra cost.
