Questions and comments
The EDP form covers five areas, each containing a number of carefully chosen questions. Employees have the option of writing a brief text clarifying their response to each question. The areas are:
- the job
- work colleagues
- the organisation
- customers
- the future
It is possible to customise specific questions or topic headings (or even add or remove questions) – the first five changes are included in the subscription fee. A small charge applies to any further adjustments. Read more
EDP appraisal process
- Prior to an EDP meeting, the employee completes an online form received via email
- Notes are entered directly into the system during the meeting. The system helps manage the agreements and goals, and distribute the notes
- Once all EDP meetings have been held, the system automatically generates graphs and illustrations showing comparisons with past results and between departments. These highlight any progress made since the previous round of EDPs
There are no unnecessary emails, no paperwork, and complete clarity about agreements reached, giving you full value for the time invested.
