Dialogue based climate survey

Organisations that wish to reflect core values in their dealings with employees and the outside world need to commit to:

  • annual EDP meetings for all employees, leading to specific skill development agreements
  • regular work climate surveys
  • regular evaluation of all managers, including feedback from employees

This EDP-system fulfils all these requirements in a single procedure

Many organisations have experience with work climate and employee satisfaction surveys. These are generally anonymous, which is a significant weakness. The latest research shows that anonymous data is not always valid, making it inadequate as a basis for specific action.

This EDP-system assumes open and responsive dialogue is the best approach. It gives managers a number of visual indicators. Combined with the personal interviews, these provide a clear picture of employee wellbeing.

Instead of providing thick glossy reports, we enable managers to take action based on a clear overview of the situation and optional benchmarking between departments.

While the director is holding EDP meetings with managers, they can see and refer to the graphs for their departments. This permits evaluation of the managers, while also focusing on the development of each department and benchmarking between them.
