Director – manager – employee
This EDP-system is based on three levels: director, manager, and employee.
The system automatically sets up managers as ‘employees’ in relation to the director, who serves as their ‘manager’ within the system. This simple structure also permits the system to be adapted to less traditional types of organisations.

Security and confidentiality
The system runs on a secure server, and skilled IT staff and secure passwords ensure that the questionnaire responses will never get into the wrong hands, or be lost. Only the graphs (not individual questionnaires) may be viewed by a new manager or director. Only managers (and not the director) have access to employees’ completed questionnaires and the notes from their confidential conversations.
