Exercises
- Of course, you do not want to have a PC between you when performing EDP – however, in practice: How should we sit in relation to the PC? And how can we ensure complete openness about what is entered in the minutes and the agreements? Please give us your ideas and suggestions for optimising the framework activities regarding EDP…
- Consider how you can best communicate openly and show interest in your EDP with employees. Eye contact, active listening, etc.
- Agreements for the coming year are partly competence agreements and partly agreements in relation to goals. Competence agreements include everything that contributes to equip the individual employee better. Agreements in relation to goals are all kinds of agreements that concern framework and directions for the employee.
Carefully consider how you, in your EDP, can continuously ”make agreements” – and continuously enter them in your calendar and put a deadline on them.
