What are your options for upgrading your preparation for EDP
- With the employee? Preferably write lots of comments in advance…
- With the manager – consider how you, when preparing, can select a number of questions which the EDP could explore in depth?
The employee rating from 1 to 6 is intended to ensure that the employee's statement is heard with the equal amount of weight at both sides of the table.
Consider how and when you, in the individual ratings, can base your decisions in initiating development? For example, what will it take for your score to be xx the next time?
