What are your opinions about the development opportunities of your organisation? And development terms? What will the situation be for the individual employee around you?

EDP – as a strategic development tool: Not only the individual employee’s wishes – but wishes in general: In which direction should our organisation develop tomorrow?

Try to consider a number of options that makes it possible, using EDP, to break down the following concept in relation to the individual employee:

  • Foundation
  • Values
  • Mission
  • Vision
  • Goals sub-goals, strategy, plans for the firm, etc. (=operations)

How, in concrete terms, can you give your employees the overall picture…? “We’re building cathedrals”...
