Exercises
Executive level:
1. Carefully consider how you would like to use the EDP graphs per department or for the entire organisation. This year and the last three years?
2. When you, as a manager, enter the left margin under Manager’s statistics (in large organisations possibly “Organisation”), you will see a list of all questions in your organisation. Here, you can select the required questions and make a run for these questions alone. What can it be used for? Mini analysis of job satisfaction? Evaluation of managers?
3. Competence catalogue with spider web at departmental level: Here you can see the individual manager’s competence graphs: How can you use it? And for what?
Manager level:
1. EDP graphs for your own department with a subtle indication of the organisational average: How would you like to use this in practice?
